  Went for my mom's birthday dinner. Told the staff. They did not offer a cupcake or anything. It was busy and we were ok with the wait. There was 7 of us. Food came out. Burger had maybe 25 fries. Plate was empty. Cactus cut was have soggy and have crunchy and cold. Sandwich was ok. The steaks were good. The pasta was huge. We all should have got pasta is was the only dish worth the price.

  Epic fail! Although our server, Travis, was spectacular, the GM, Bridget, ruined the day.
  
  I called ahead to confirm that Boston Pizza in Pitt Meadows was "...able to accommodate a birthday party for about 15 loud ten year old boys..." at noon on a Saturday. The manager emphatically confirmed.
  
  Mid-way through the birthday lunch, with the kids making the typical amount of noise, movement, and activity that I specifically asked that Boston Pizza could accommodate, the GM, Bridget, walked past the table and barked at the kids "....you need to sit down...". This was not pleasant suggestion, but a bark loud enough for me to hear at the opposite end of the table, over the noise the kids were making. My son, the birthday boy, was visibly saddened.
  
  Never again Boston Pizza. You seriously F'd up.
